HISTORY
Reliant was founded in 2000 by James Tortorelli, an entrepreneur with a vision of empowering law firms and individuals with personalized, prompt assistance. Since then, Reliant has grown to serve hundreds of clients, each with the same unwavering level of focus and attention. In addition to operating Reliant, James is a designated New York Certified Process Server and holds Post-Baccalaureate and Graduate degrees from Hofstra University and Texas A&M University respectively. His passions include history, government, and travel with family.
