HISTORY
Reliant Court Services was founded in 2000 by James Tortorelli, who envisioned empowering law firms and individuals with personalized, prompt assistance. Since then, Reliant has served hundreds of clients, each with the same unwavering level of focus and attention.
James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Hofstra University, and a Master of Legal Studies (MLS) Law Degree with an emphasis in Business Law and Compliance from Texas A&M University School of Law. In addition to leading the Reliant team, James is a designated New York State Certified Process Server and member of various professional organizations. His interests include history, government, and travel with family.
