HISTORY
Reliant Court Services was founded in 2000 by James Tortorelli, an entrepreneur with a vision of empowering law firms and individuals with personalized, prompt assistance. Since then, Reliant has grown to serve hundreds of clients, each with the same unwavering level of focus and attention. In addition to operating Reliant, James is a designated New York Certified Process Server. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Hofstra University and a Master of Legal Studies Degree from Texas A&M University School of Law. His interests include history, government, and travel with family.
